The lobby offered 24-hour complimentary coffee and tea, making it a great spot to relax and unwind after a long day.

There were noticeable noise disturbances from adjacent rooms, difficult to enjoy some quiet time.

I like that breakfast is served which (for me) was absolute sufficient. THough it was basic, it came with good quality

so prices went up in the silicon valley, I consider an average rate of ~280$ per night as high for this Hotel category

Everything here was lovely, I would like to go back there again. The property was beautifully designed with knowledgeable staff. The location was excellent close to everything, very close to Milpitas Square. The breakfast had a huge variety of options and included yogurt and eggs. The excellent service and the attention to detail!

I found the TV remote very confusing, frustrating to adjust settings. There were also no facial tissues provided in the room, which was like a basic neglect. I experienced some odd quirks with the TV, such as it connecting to my computer mouse and changing channels unexpectedly.

The front desk clerks were very pleasant and professional.

The room was very cold. The air was on in the middle of winter.

The TV remote was so unintuitive, it defintely wasn't made for actual humans. No facial tissues? Come on! I also expected a room upgrade or even a simple complimentary gesture after these mishaps, but nope. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't, sadly. Disappointing to say the least.

Tucked away in a convenient location, this hotel excels with friendly staff and an inviting breakfast spread that includes fresh veggie omelets. My room was clean and thoughtfully decorated, although I did encounter some quirks with the newly renovated bathroom design. Worth considering for a solid stay, just be mindful of the occasional hiccup!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. The Wifi worked flawlessly. The Breakfast buffet had excellant variety and the food was tasty.

Being adjacent to the highway there was occasionally some road noise.

The gym was nice for cardio, and I enjoyed the clean, spacious room. Good Wi-Fi made working easy.

Location short walk to Asian restaurants, Milpitas and restraunts. Spotless room & spacious bathroom. Variety of facilities like: central heating, pay television and a mini bar fridge.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the young lady on the night shift. The outdoor pool was a nice touch, and the hotel is conveniently located for exploring the san francisco bay area.
